- Open
Internet Explorer.
- In the
Tools menu, select Internet Options.
- Select
the Connections tab. Click on the
LAN Settings button.

Check the box for Use a proxy server for your LAN, and also the box
for Bypass proxy server for local addresses.
Enter the information in the Address: and Port: fields, as
in the above image.
Click the Advanced button.

- In the
Address bar, type in https://sas.r1.attbi.com,
and click on Go.
- Open
Security Center.

- In the
Security essentials section under Virus Protection, click on the
Recommendations button.

If you are running an anti-virus program that was written prior to 2004
(Norton Anti Virus 2003, etc.), click on the check box at the bottom of
the window that says “I have an antivirus program that I’ll monitor
myself” and the click on the OK button.
- In the
Manage security settings for: section at the bottom, click on Windows
Firewall.

- If you
are already running a 3rd party firewall product, click on the
Off (not recommended) selection to turn off the Microsoft Firewall so it
will not interfere with your 3rd party firewall, and then click
on the OK button.
- Close
Security Center and Control Panel.
